CONSTANTIA GARDENS - 2 Bedroom Apartment (Ground Floor)

Constantia Gardens is an attractive modern complex of 12 apartments, 1 & 2 bedroom built in 2001. There is a shared swimming pool and is ideally situated in the heart of the tourist area in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac. It is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach, the picturesque harbour, shops, bars restuarants and many of Paphos' places of historic interest such as the ancient Odeon ad the 3rd Century Mosaic floors.

The development is situated within a short stroll of the seafront and Paphos harbour with many restaurants, bars and tavernas being passed along the way. There is a local café which serves a great value breakfast at most times of day.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach then going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, is the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

During your stay in this accommodation you are provided with a mid stay clean with linen change and fresh towels. If you wish a further grocery welcome pack for your arrival then there is choice of these available for you to choose from. Should you require cots or highchairs for your stay then these are also available for a small extra charge.
