It is within seconds walk of bars, restaurants, clubs and cafes and 5 minutes walking distance of other essential amenities, including the beach and famous harbour. The main bathroom has a bath with shower. The apartment’s water is usually very hot due to the solar powered heating system and there is a back up immersion should this be needed. A supply of fresh spring water is supplied to the property.

Sun Terrace Accessed from the dining rooms patio doors, the sun terrace (3m x 1m) enjoys a peaceful situation, overlooking the swimming pool. The terrace is covered and provides welcome shade in the summer months and can be used at all times of day and evening.
Kitchen Open plan to the dining area and lounge, the kitchen is modern and well appointed. The units are in white with black granite work surfaces and tiled splashback. Appliances include, Fridge with Freezer compartment , Oven, Elec Hob and Extractor Hood and Washing Machine. All crockery and other modern conveniences are included. A window in this area overlooks the pool.
Hallway A small hallway leads from the lounge area to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom which are privately situated to the rear of the property.
Master Bedroom The master room features 2 single sized beds, bedside unit with lamp, fitted wardrobes, and dressing table with 3 drawers, stool and mirror. Patio doors lead out on to a 4m x 2m sun terrace which is enclosed by mature hedging and covered with a smart wooden pergola for shade as required.

The property benefits from private parking outside and there is a Communal Pool. There is Air-Conditioning provided throughout for both cool and warm air as required.


  • Location

The development is situated within a short stroll of the seafront and Paphos harbour with many restaurants, bars and tavernas being passed along the way. You could literally fall out of bed and land in the local café which serves a great value breakfast at most times of day.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach then going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, is the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.
