Constantia Gardens Apartments was built in 2001 andwas built to the highest standard to attract holidaymakers from all over the world. The whole complex consists of 12 apartments 6 of which are managed by Avra Property Management and Holidays Ltd which is a professional property management company:

The apartments can be rented for variable stays such as weekend breaks through to a long term let. We have seen enormous growth in recent years and are delighted to report that yet again we feature in the Holiday Rental Travel guide.

The properties are cleaned in time for our guests’ arrivals and generally making sure that our guest has everything there that they require upon arrival. A variety of welcome packs are available which are placed in the property in time for our guests arrivals. Our unique service provides the guests in our Apartments with whatever they require to ensure they have an enjoyable and stress free holiday to remember.

Included in the range of services we provide cots and highchairs for guests that have young babies and babysitters (if required).
