This is a lovely, clean apartment which looks just like the pictures. It is very close (around 5/10 mins walk) to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the sea. Tina was extremely helpful before and during our trip- she made everything so easy. Also, the property manager was very quick to respond when we were in Cyprus. The location was just a 10 minute walk into the harbour area. The swimming pool looked inviting but due it being January it wasn’t warm enough to use it. Contact with the owner Tina was very quick and she rectified a minor problem we had with the front door very quickly at no inconvenience to ourselves. We stayed in 105 and it was a decent size for the two of us.

We travelled with a kid 1.5 years old, so here are the tips for young parents: The apartment is very clean and cosy. It’s one-bedroom, but we organised the second bedroom in the veranda: it is bright because of the big window, but for some reason our kid slept there better than at home! This apartment is located on the 1st floor with stairs, but Tina has also accomodations on the ground floor. There is a pool, it has a rare advantage: it has a fence around, so you won’t be worry that your kid may fall down. By the way, it is deep in one corner and not deep, suitable for 3+ y.o., in the opposite corner. The apartment complex is situated in a dead end — good place to play. With cats :0))) Consider that Paphos is bad for children playgrounds: there are just two or three all around the town, you will need a car to reach them. The nearest I found is inside the Kings Avenue Mall (a huge shopping centre, with clothes, children’s wear, supermarket, fast food, 15 minutes on foot), but it’s not free of charge. Location of the apartment indeed is good: besides the large mall, there are a lot of shops, including big supermarket, and restaurants in the beach, 10 minutes on foot. Also for lazy parents like us there is a laundry just around the corner, they return cleaned cloth within 1 hour. You may bring your detergent. The hosts responded fast and solved a lot of our problems. Thank you!”

A lovely small and friendly complex. Very spacious accommodation and comfortable apartment. The Kitchen was very well equipped. This was the first time we had booked a private apartment and we were very impressed. The location was good about 10 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. Would book Constantia again.

Sol, bad och sköna promenade. Mysig lägenhet på lugnt område, bara tio minuters promenad till hamnpromenaden. Gullig liten pool med solstolar. Vi bodde i en lägenhet med ett sovrum, vardagsrum o kök. Två terrasser, en mot poolen och en med utgång från sovrummet. Nära till det stora shoppingmal där alla bra affärer fanns. Väldigt fin strandpromenad som var flera km lång, den gick vi varje dag

Duży i jasny apartament, fajny basen, wygodne łóżka w sypialni i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko (choć jednocześnie na cichej ulicy) najpopularniejszych barów i restauracji. Do najbliższej plaży jest około 10 minut na piechotę.

Wedding memories in Paphos
Very clean with all the things you could want to enjoy your stay without hassle. Location was quiet and private but still only a 10 min walk from all sites, harbour, sea front and nightlife. Tina, bambos & Sue were excellent, arranged me with airport transfers, additional beds and a late check out (which was a life saver after a flight time change… Thank you!). They were on hand for any requests but also left me in peace with a lot of trust placed in me with a later than usual payment. If you want an apartment in Paphos, don’t think about anywhere else. Don’t try the rest, stay with the best. Constantia Gardens helped build the memories I have of Cyprus, thank you…. YAMMAS

Appartamento pulitissimo,luminoso e ben arredato ed equipaggiato,con tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima a pochi passi da locali e ristoranti ma immerso nella tranquillità, con parcheggio privato. Grande disponibilità e cordialità della proprietaria e della manager. Mi hanno lasciato una guida in italiano oltre al manuale che già conteneva molte informazioni utili. Procedura semplice e pratica di check in e check out.

Am locuit in Apartamentul 5, un apartament foarte frumos, estetic si complet dotat, foarte curat, totul in stare de functionare perfecta, de la aerul conditionat, telecomanda de la TV, echipamentele din dotarea bucatariei, prize, wifi … pana la ultimul bec! Locatia este excelenta, aproape de centru, aproape de port, aproape de statiile de autobuz catre oricare plaja…

It was an unforgettable vacation, Tina and Bambos, thank you very much! The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the sea (with two children and the father of a retired) !!! Very good location, far from noise! Nearby there are small shops and a big one at 10 Min walk (the same composition)! The apartment is large, clean and cozy! The kitchen has everything you need. Every room is air-conditioned. There are towels at all, hair dryer, iron, ironing board-everything is there

We had a two week stay at the apartment in early October 2016. The apartment is very spacious for two persons and has all you need to cater for yourselves. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and the pool area is easily assessable and sun beds are provided. The location is very good and it`s an easy stroll to the harbour, local night life, restaurants etc.

Very well positioned, walking distance from the sea and town, lovely secure pool just right for the kids, the flat was well equipped nicely furnished and had a welcome basket, we had no problems getting the keys (although we were late arriving) the flat was fully air conditioned although we didn’t use it, there was always a manager around. There is a large car park at the rear, the flats are in a very quirt side road with plenty of parking if you decided to hire a car. The weather was perfect, we had a great time and will be going back next year

The apartment is big and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are big too, beds are quite comfortable. Everything is just like showed in photos. Neighbourhood is so quiet and there was no noise at all.

Excellent apartment, like going home from home. The grounds and pool are well kept. This apartment is on the ground floor with a gate, would suit anyone with small children. Could not fault it. Tina was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. Excellent location within walking distance to the restaurants, bars, beach and the bus stop . We had 3 girls ages 12, 17 and 21 and they all enjoyed the holiday. We enjoyed it all so much we will be going back next year. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment, it is a clean and well equiped property and makes your holiday so much easier. We had 2 young children (8 months & 3 years) and found the gated patio/garden area perfect and of course being ground floor you have only a couple of steps to the front door and no balcony to worry about. It is a really quiet area yet a short stroll or 2 minute drive from the bars/restaurants/shops. We would have no hesitation in going back or recommending it to friends/family. The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they came back to us with useful information often within minutes of the request!! In our opinion well worth holidaying here!!!

Had a brilliant time – the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Lovely and spacious especially when you have teenagers wth you. It was really good waking up in the morning and walking straight out to the pool. Situation good for all the best places to go. Would go back again no problem.

We had a lovely time at the apartment, very central, not far from anything you might need. the apartment is very nice and modern, contained everything we needed for our stay, this was our first long stay in Paphos, we would definitely go back the climate was amazing, Tina was so helpful.
